1. Shipping Options
All U.S. orders are shipped from our domestic warehouse via USPS. The following shipping options are available at checkout:
USPS Standard (1–5 business days)
USPS Priority (1–4 business days)
Overnight Delivery
Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to orders over $300 (before taxes and shipping fees).
All orders are shipped in plain, non-branded packaging with no identifying labels to ensure full discretion.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
While guest checkout is available, we recommend creating an account for easier tracking, order history access, and faster support assistance.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before dispatch confirmation.
Once an order is marked as dispatched, it enters the fulfillment process and can no longer be canceled or refunded.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Returns & Replacements
Due to the sensitive and research-only nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and professionally. The following resolution options are available:
Missing or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo verification. Once confirmed, the correct item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Damaged Items
Please provide photo proof of the damage upon delivery. After verification, a replacement will be sent promptly.
Defective Products
If you believe a product is defective (e.g., incorrect weight, concentration, or performance concerns):
For weight-related claims, please include the make and model of your scale.
For potency or quality concerns, you may be required to submit a sample for internal evaluation.
Once validated, a replacement will be issued at no cost.
5. Orders Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking number indicates delivery but you did not receive your package:
Check with neighbors, front desk, or building security.
Contact your local USPS office to request GPS scan verification.
Allow up to 7 business days for potential delays.
If the package still has not arrived after this period, please contact us for further assistance.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
To protect our operations and customers from fraudulent activity:
