It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to verify legal compliance in their location.

5. International Orders & Customs

For buyers outside the supplier’s country of origin:

  • The buyer is responsible for verifying local laws and import regulations.

  • All customs, duties, and regulatory compliance obligations are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Stellar Peptides is not responsible for seized shipments, customs delays, or denied importation.

The buyer expressly waives any claim against Stellar Peptides related to importation issues.

7. Customer Responsibility
